If you think that in some way this TA will stop the elite few from profiting more than the average line pilot you are sadly mistaken. With your mind set it is obvious that you will never be apart of our group.

If you knew what I grossed last year with only 367 hours block you would lose your mind.

Ahhhhh....choke down that filthy gravy..let it run down your chin.

Do you honestly think things will stay the same as far as the so called “gravy chokers” go??

The company will obtain a higher cost, according to their financials, do you think that cost measures will be put in place to minimize that??

What about when PBS hits and you can no longer drop?? So bid a line and drop and hope that they call??

I can tell you this, you guys/gals will be in for a rude awakening when those calls become very rare.

You don’t think that people who do put themselves on the X/Y list wont file grievances if they feel they had been wronged??

You don’t think the company will do anything possible to avoid the 200% pay outs??

I have been here 11 years and I can tell you the bigger we get the less gravy goes around and as the wages will become higher that “spoon” will dry up real fast.

I’m not against making money, as long as the CBA is followed. Having special crews is BS!!

So in the mean time, drop your trips or one block of reserve days and place yourself on all the X/Y list and whatever other ways you can make it happen, but be ready when the company smartens up!

Your analysis of the tactics used to exploit CBA2010 is only about 25% of what it takes to be a true “gravy gulper”. That’s why not everyone is doing it. One amazingly unique tactic was recently made very public and I thought it was going to become a Thread of it’s own but it didn’t even register with those in attendance. I think it was a slip up because the topic change almost immediately.

Our antics gave the NC bargaining power. And our future antics will give the NC bargaining power in 2023.

Your welcome.

Get use to a low fat diet, the gravy is GONE once PBS starts! Less than 12 months left to choke it down. Your a$$ will be flying hard time, get use to it.

ALPA has fixed the below items for the company, the Captains received ~$50/hr raise and 11% DC.

Transition conflicts gone with PBS! Big score for the Company!
Open time due to Vacation drops gone with PBS. Big score!
Open time due to Training drops gone with PBS. Big Score!
Major increase in productivity. PBS!
Section 25 major recovery tool for unwilling pilots. Triple Score for the company!
Less staffing required. PBS! This alone offsets the $50/hr raise.

Spirit is going to make so much money every pilot here needs to take the signing bonus and buy stock. The management team at Spirit has made monster gains in the new Pilot contract, genius. ALPA will be sitting on the side lines for the next 8 years watching all the profit flow to the Executive group and wall street. We got our signing bonus just like the FA! SUCKERS!

ALPA signed off on all those give backs for little or no money.

And this is why I voted NO!

A lot your antics aren’t that much of a secret like you think, many of us live within our means and choose not dress up in our uniforms everyday, sit in employee parking lot, and hit redial or wait for the call from scheduling
