And it’s why you’ll wake up on the 28th and won’t be happy with the outcome. Most people have the ability to think objectively and able to see concerns both sides have and what is legitimate and what isnt.

It’s not always full speed “burn it down” for most of us.

I can’t reason with the unreasonable so I’ll leave it at that and wait your “pithy” comeback.

NO voters that are horrendously misinformed, please, for all of our sake, get educated. There simply is NO excuse not to watch or go to a roadshow, ask the ?’s, get the answers then make you’re vote based on Facts what is best for you.
I hear that hourly rates are well under industry standard. I hear retirement is in line with the botyom 3 who are currently negotiating. I hear that no one knows what the rules to PBS look like. I hear scope still has major weak areas. I hear that this term (5 years) is to long for this current industry environment. I hear the bonus is light years from industry standard.

ALPA has fixed the below items for the company, the Captains received ~$50/hr raise and 11% DC.

Transition conflicts gone with PBS! Big score for the Company!
Open time due to Vacation drops gone with PBS. Big score!
Open time due to Training drops gone with PBS. Big Score!
Major increase in productivity. PBS!
Section 25 major recovery tool for unwilling pilots. Triple Score for the company!
Less staffing required. PBS! This alone offsets the $50/hr raise.

Spirit is going to make so much money every pilot here needs to take the signing bonus and buy stock. The management team at Spirit has made monster gains in the new Pilot contract, genius. ALPA will be sitting on the side lines for the next 8 years watching all the profit flow to the Executive group and wall street. We got our signing bonus just like the FA! SUCKERS!

ALPA signed off on all those give backs for little or no money.

And this is why I voted NO!

Thank you, spot on!

Current rules will be GONE FOREVER and so will your QOL.

This is the way we work, we don’t sit around feeling sorry for ourselves because a couple of rules have changed. The gravy will continue and scheduling still has their go to crews. If you think that in some way this TA will stop the elite few from profiting more than the average line pilot you are sadly mistaken. With your mind set it is obvious that you will never be apart of our group.

If you knew what I grossed last year with only 367 hours block you would lose your mind.
Cool story.........

Sad
I’d rather be a Yes voter than have my name written on the bathroom wall at OCC.

For the record I have nothing against making money per the CBA. I roll 90-100 hours of credit every month by taking the occasional JA and swapping for better paying trips. I do however think the people who sit at home gaming the RSV system are giant turds who ruined RSV drops for the rest of the group.

So do you share that same rational for the loss of transition? Are you ****ed that the guys who regularly bid transition conflicts ruined that for everyone? You do know that you can tell the company that we’re not giving up reserve rules or any other QOL provisions for substandard pay by voting no.
