The 30% ers are out in full force lol!! Don't forget, Delta, United, Southwest, Fedex are all hiring. You guys lost this vote, but you can still can vote with your feet. Will the no voters leave? Of course not. The time for debate is over. Lets move on.

The problem is you are looking at only rates. The 2010 might have had closer rates to the Legacies, but it still had sh!tty LTD and Scope. Now with this contract Spirit at least has awesome LTD, decent Scope, DC and pretty good pay rates. It’s not close to a perfect CBA, but it is a great improvement.

Oh I didn’t realize they had DC. My bad. I’m looking at whole agreement. Didn’t add up for me but obviously was at least just good enough for most.

Thanks brah but you left out AA. At least none of them will hide behind the NMB to support an inferiority complex. You can’t attack people in your first post evah and then go all Rodney King.

How do you all think these rates (3rd from the bottom of the majors) will measure up with the rest of the industry in 2025, after we haven’t gotten a raise in years because management is once again dragging their feet in another negotiation?

Absolutely...As a B6 dude we are fighting our azzes off for better everything.
You essentially voted for our pay rates as of 2016 for the next 8 yrs and you made the company much more profitable with PBS.What’s done is done...
Good luck in 2025!

Well, before you cast stones, lets see what you guys do about your health insurance, your lack of 4 days off, your PS which your mgmt just basically took away, real LTD, Scope and your complete lack of RSV rules.

Not a ****ing match, just a reality that everything comes at a cost..........

Anyway, good luck, I hope you guys get a stellar Contract

No, you aren’t. You have to be here 3 years. Which is 4th year pay.
