Not a ****ing match, just a reality that everything comes at a cost..........

Anyway, good luck, I hope you guys get a stellar Contract

You may not be casting stones, but I am. Frontier and Jetblue better get united plus 20 and the best work rules in the industry or otherwise they would be bringing everyone else down. That how pattern bargaining works, right?

Good luck in 2025!

Many friends at B6. I hope that you all do get a great contract.
I’ll see how your NC and MEC handle the NMB. I’m thinking it will be a similar outcome to what NK had. I really hate dick measuring contests, each of us are in this occupation and at different airlines for a multitude of reasons.
Although not perfect, NK gained lots in this contract. Largest percentage gain in pay ever under ALPA, no real disability to own occupation until 65, retained 4 days off between pairings, excellent health insurance still, consistent RAP’s and direct contribution to 401k.
Could it have been better? Of course, it always can. I’ll be interested to see what B6 gets. I’ll also be supporting you at any ALPA events.

Good to see we're already defending our compensation with our work rules. The more things change...

Just a short time ago we had guys arguing how this isn't a hobby and pay is more important than maintaining certain QOL items. We were talking about UAL+, we keep the operation afloat more than most OALs, we fly more pax than mainline 75s, etc. I'm having a really hard time coming down from that. Evidently most either never believed it or gave up from fatigue.

Don't worry, you won't see me wearing a 30% lanyard. I'll be the guy updating his mainline app on the 17.5 hour layover at the BOS short stay. Ready to move on whether that call happens or not.

Low, you can be as ****ed of as you want but to acknowledge ZERO gains is not doing anyone any good.

Don’t worry, between Frankie and the NMB, you all will have your hands full. Good luck to you, with those two things, you are in for an uphill battle. The NMB will soon inform you that you will never be released just like they did to Spirit ALPA.

Sorry added more to my post while you were responding. I know we made gains in some areas. Conceding PBS in a positive negotiating environment should have yielded more. Transition was a huge thorn in their side that too many conceded before we even got to the table. A couple of nagging items to include flying SF planes for a year without ever hearing what the remedy was.

Agreed. No argument there

Almost. You’d have to be on a 16hr44min layover to be at the short stay.
