Back to a training schedule question... The welcome packet talks about "a couple days rest and then start IOE." Reading between the lines a bit from some other statements, it seems that they want new hires to expect to remain in FLL through IOE. Is that what one should plan for and bring uniforms? Was planning not to bring my Luggage Werks pilot roller and pack for the 6 weeks in a larger suitcase. Any insight and knowledge about the process would be helpful. Thanks.

Don't take any uniforms. That way you actually HAVE to go home....
If you want to. They tried to get me to start OE the day after my LOFT. I politely said I have no uniform and had to go back home and reorganize. I got to go home for 7-8 days before OE.

They have me a month off to recover from training. After a few visits to my therapist, lots of crying, and some heavy drinking, I’m back and The fog in my head has cleared. Welcome to Spirit!
