You reserve guys who were dropping middle days screwed yourselves. Once word got out about this sweet little loophole in the contract, guys were on that like ugly on a monkey. Not only did the company notice when a lot of their reserve coverage became useless, but line holders like me noticed when it became nearly impossible to trade trips with open time because of that one red day on the grid. Thats why you get no sympathy from me.

Yeah that was in the contract that everyone (70%) voted for. No one new can be on it, thankfully I was. Pretty sure it will be going away in our next contract.

It’s been said before and the union put out a very comprehensive cost and coverage analysis last year. There really isn’t a reason to be on any other plan than the health fund diamond. Same coverage less money. Did did a healthy and catostrophic year analysis. Healthfund diamond plan won both times.
