Default Ratification Incentive

Can anyone please explain how the 75 Million ratification incentive was divided up?

Years of service? Seat? Block hours flown since amenable date?

Thanks

Prorated YoS/position based on guarantee.

It was completely mathematically fair. Take the new rate for each month from amendable and subtract the old rate for each month based on longevity and position. Divide that amount by the total of all pilots and that is your percentage of the 75 mil.

Not according to Capt I flew with last month. He said since I was only here a year that I didn’t deserve any money. Took away from him and why he only got 75K. Exact words. Well alrighty then.

Well he’s a dikk. We all deserved more considering they paid less than a quarter of what was owed for stalling. He’s misplacing his frustration.

If a senior captain got 75k, what did a first year FO get? I'm just curious as there seems to be an endless number of different ways you could divide up the money
