If you are domiciled at ACY, do you have to pay New Jersey state taxes, or do you get to claim in the state in which you live? Is that an additional kick to the nethers granted to first-year FOs?

I understood the question to be if the "points beyond" language allowed a stop in Mexico City with a final destination in "points beyond" or if such an intermediate stop was disallowed.

We could do a fuel stop. Example, if we wanted to operate ORD-TLC-BOG, we could but no pax could get on or off in Mexico City (only purpose is to refuel), otherwise that would be cabatoge. If we were to do that we would need permission from the Mexican government aswell. Highly unlikely to be approved.
