Exactly! It's like it's some sort of surprise. This place is moving in the right direction, finely! Enjoy the ride.

Had a ramp weather delay in MCO yesterday, got a little insight from a base supervisor. She said the new “C” Terminal will host JetBlue and all international airlines, and once that move is completed we will move to the A Concourse. Also big announcement there July 31st she had been told. I’d expect the base announcement since it takes a few months to get it going before all the new routes and 50+ departures daily take place in the fall.

Buddy interviewed at SWA. They are hiring 4K pilots.
We are focusing on MCO, BWI, LAS, FLL and all new routes are small market SWA type.
Coincidence ?
Only if this management "graduates" from the "limited" Airtrans/Comair mentality, could NK become a true force.
Otherwise it proves that they are only planning short term, selling/merging.

Why are we only hiring 'insiders'? Our SVP is a great guy, but not exactly qualified to be there. He was a fill in and there appears to be nothing in the works to replace him.
Our new CEO only has a BA and is another insider. What happened to CEO's with MBA's to run rather large corporations?
It's certainly not out of the realm of possibilities of us being sold or merging.
