News flash the airline is growing....

 you don’t say....

Well my concerns have been laid to rest thank you.

Truthfully I think the investors care less about the aircraft order and more about the company’s performance. Now, the pilots really care about the aircraft order and if you are a pilot and an investor, then the investors care about an aircraft order....[emoji12]

Look at the stock price. That's how the investors feel. Stop reading into it.

As an investor I'd say get the house in order before taking on additional risk in the form of aircraft debt but I'd love to see sustainable growth at Spirit. Keep the planes full and strive for repeat customers. Celebrating a cancelled flight in front of stranded passengers isn't the smartest move and I see it all too often in the terminal. The revenue lost doesn't stop at just one flight if people are not going to come back in the future.

Last year there was mention of a late 2018/early 2019 order announcement on 2 of the earnings calls. More of the same this year. At least an additional 12 aircraft have been added to the final 2021 numbers this year.

Man I hear ya. Some of the conversations I hear in the terminal and on the van in front of the public make me cringe. Mostly FAs but some pilots too. It’s like people don’t understand the the folks you are running your mouth around are the ones paying the money.

FAs mainly, yup. It’s ridiculous. I’ve been deadheading and have had FAs talking openly about how they hope their next flight is canceled, and loud about it. Zero oversight on FAs. It’s amazing because it seems they have an enforceable list of a million things they can get “points”’for, yet nobody makes sure they get off their phone during boarding or have the window shades closed in the summer.

And as discussed, they get profit sharing IF we ever see it
