I actually think it was Sandra. Regional FO, 4000TT 2500SIC, 4 year degree, saw them at NGPA.

Probably because TPIC time isn’t worth what it was 5 or 10 years ago and he or she will make more than a senior regional captain in their second year here.

Basically yes. With better QOL and driving to work in both cases. Also yes, at Xjet upgrade time is dropping and I'd probably hold it on the next bid. But either way, I think a place like Spirit is where I'd be really happy. I don't think I fit in with the legacy pilot culture.

But it's a good thing to have in your pocket if things slow or your new carrier isn't for you. Just interested in the perspective of someone making the decsion..

Great.6000TT here with 2500TPIC multiple types all part 91.

There’s been so little movement for almost the last year that unless they actually do hire more you’re likely to be on reserve in any base for a year or so.
