It pains me to say you might be right, although I would rather not see that come to fruition. MCO might be a good base, but living in Orlando gets old fast. That place is landlocked, doesn't really have its own culture aside from Disney and theme park BS, and has the worst traffic in the state of Florida.

You should head east. The cocoa beach, Merritt island, Melbourne areas have beaches/character and it’s still somewhat affordable.

That’s basically all of Florida. It’s all trash in my opinion but if you want less of a cookie cutter suburban wasteland that is Orlando then I stand by my statement.
