If you do, you need some face time. I have no idea how they do MTC events, thinks it’s on Facebook. But find any way for face time with the company if you want to distinguish yourself from the stack of applicants.



Honestly with the huge hiring wave about to start here next month at Spirit, I wouldn’t be surprised if they once again find themselves with a shortage of “qualified” applicants; so anything to get face time I think would be huge. Last time we had a shortage of applicants we dropped the mins to a pulse and breath and were hiring on the spot at MTC events.

We as group dropped the ball on new hire pay and benefits. I hear already in this big hiring push we are starting to get some “interesting” folks just like right before the contract.

First year pay everywhere else except frontier is about $90 with healthcare and 15-16% retirement contribution from day one.
