I’m in the 11/11 class and I’ve read the posts about new hire training and that we’re supposed to know memory items, limitations and flows before day one but the only thing I’ve received so far from the company about training is a link to SumTotal which to me looks like just systems modules.
So I’m just wondering when and where they give you expectations of what to know on day 1 and where you find limitations, memory items and flows? Are they on SumTotal? Do they send it to you closer to class?
I just want to get chewing on the elephant ASAP.

Just wondering when do you get hotel and class info?
I’m starting class exactly 2 weeks from today and I haven’t heard anything about a hotel or class start times? Other than the SumTotal link and general class timelines I received weeks ago, I haven’t heard much from the company.
Maybe I’m just getting antsy.

This app has all company flows and limitations flash cards and other system/oral type flash cards.
It is a terrific app and absolutely worth the $50 some bucks that it is.
