What’s spirits health care benefits look like? $200, $300, $400 a month?

For a family on the diamond plan it's $176 a check, paid twice a month.

Or as I look at it....$176 a check so $4200 a year, and then $3000 free money from the company for the HRA. So $1200 a year, or $50 a check.

Love the Diamond HRA!

Good point! I love it too and we use it a ton. I just put $1500 in a pre tax flex spend account to cover the deductible completely, then the plan pays 90% with 10% coinsurance. We've had major medical issues in the family and I still paid less than the expensive plan.

HRA is owned by the company though. You can keep a HSA after separation/retirement, which is what we have with a different plan.

too bad the high deductible HSA plan is one of the worst offered. Sure you keep the money, but pay for it with the worst plan offered to us

But if you never go to the doctor, all your benefits end up being like $25 per paycheck like mine. For a first year pay, that’s major.

sorry but I was referring to the HRA family; family
be using the doctor like crazy.
