A more concise way to say it: the floodgates never closed, so there is no "floodgates will open soon"

Default And Fitch jus dropped the NK credit rating…

Rumor is the company is about to make a offer before years end.

highlights:

TOP CAPTAIN PAY:$315/hour

5 year FO: 179/hour

1st year FO 97/hour

no more training pay (straight to first year F/O)

$10,000 signing bonus regardless of time on property

16.5 % DC retirement

Spirit backpack with a 500MB flash drive and A321neo poster (yes that what I was told)

We’ll probably get a high five from Bendoritis. Really don’t seem them raising pay until JetBlue takes over.

considering the company won’t even submit their counter proposal until tomorrow, I don’t see how there anyway those numbers are anything more than rumor.
However I’m a believer that something will
get done and get done soon. The Union mentioned they scheduled 27 meetings in total by year end. That in and of itself is telling and certainly an aggressive bargaining schedule. I Just can’t believe anyone would actually know an amount the company will propose tomorrow.
These times are unique and the company needs to stop the bleeding. I expect a good deal
sooner than later.

They hired less than twice the number of FOs (857) compared to the number that left (458).
For the month it was nearly 3x for the year yes it was 2x. The original post was talking about the monthly attrition. Keep up.
