Frontier will never get a new CBA. At least not for years. They have no leverage and literally the stingiest management group on the planet.

Remains to be seen what happens in the near term but we absolutely have amazing leverage in a JCBA and a management group at JB that has publicly acknowledged that the contract will need to compete with the legacies.

Frontier will look similar to Allegiant in terms of compensation when this all shakes out. Indigo isn’t going to negotiate in any meaningful way ever.
