Attrition
#3551
Just so real numbers are being put out, we currently are staffed at 4395 WB pilots (787/777 only) with another 1921 on the 75/76. Our 767s are slated to be retired and replaced with 787s so that even more of a % going to top pay scale.
We have about 6500 pilots on the Guppy and 2000 on the Bus.

Just reread that section of the book and holy Jesus was that section literally written by a lawyer? So thorough and specific, and aggressive.

Haha...I love you JBLU guys and using the word "approved." Its freaking the wild west over here for unifrom compliance. Literally saw a pilot with a mullet last week. Backpacks are still a common sight, as are hooded jackets (in the terminal). A lot of our guys will need to be house trained after the merger.

The old crusty CAs are in for a shock. Pulled up to the gate and saw the CA wearing black tennis shoes. Can’t make this up.

But yes, the fact they will have to provide attentive service on some flights, their heads will explode. Free WiFi but I can’t just sit and text?

Uniform police will definitely be busy with the NK group. Marketing/Brand department controls everything here.
