Anyone who knows more about the merger process know how is NK guys transition to the JB way of doing things? We don’t have to go through their initial training course do we?

You'll have to do some CBTs, probably go to a 1 day rally to listen to how lucky you are to be at JB. And finally you'll miss 50% of your ATC calls one day when you're Jetblue xxx, instead of Spirit Wings xxx. Transition complete!
