Y and N. To the extent I've heard the F9 guys talk openly, not even close...
Pilots complain a lot, because it's required in the contract, myself included sometimes. There are "issues", for sure. But in a lot of ways I think you will feel it is a step up.
And at least from what I see, Robin is playing to win right now.

Spirit and Frontier are in a whole other league of shiiitttyyy. Reverence the latest E-3 visa recruiting event in Australia as evidence 1,000. Right after telling us they are more interested in a merger than running an airline or negotiating a contract to help stem attrition.
But you already knew that.
But you already knew that.
The whole E-3 visa ordeal is some Jonathan Ornstein level degeneracy. No me gusta.

More so, rumour has it OO discovered cases of logbook fraud pre-COVID and they are virtually just taken at their good word they don't have a severely checkered past at home. Only are background checked in the US which is pretty useless.

I wonder how many FAs will make the transition to Blue…. “Tell me about your Spirit interview ? ….” , “ Well you see, there was this bus driving around Atlanta and it was the same bus my girl told me about that she saw driving around in Detroit that said free airline travel, so I got on it. They didn’t ax me a lot of questions”

The same Aussie pilots that allowed a "B" scale at Jetstar as a wholly owned discount carrier under their national flag carrier (Qantas)? Me thinks there would be no blood shed.

Honestly, I agree. We’re going to see somewhat of a paradigm shift if JB acquires Spirt. It not only becomes a huge national airline, but Robin fully plans to expand into Europe. From what I’ve heard, Hawaii and 3 other European cities will be announced later this year. He certainly has plans to go even further. An LCC with that kind of presence and a product to go with it will be formidable. When things are running smooth, JB has one of the best products in the industry…hands down. We just need capable management to steer the ship. A lot of moving parts, but there’s a ton of potential with all this.
KJFK to EGGL red eye and suddenly it’s exotic and exciting because…..NAT track I guess?
What does the trip footprint/layover timings/credit look like on the special qual routes anyway?
