Well......there's two questions here that need to be answered. One, will the shareholders vote yes on the F9 deal. I think the answer is no. The other question is, will B6 be able to tender 50+1% of the shares to be able to follow through with their hostile takeover bid. I think that's a steeper hill to climb.
i do agree with you that JetBlue has a hill to climb to get 51% shares by shareholders tendering their shares. JetBlue would not Keep upping their offer if they were comfortable they had the 51% in the bag.. it’s all going to come down to the up or down vote June 30.
and people talking about lawsuits. I don’t quite get that .. the BOD is not the decider at this point The shareholders are. Not sure how shareholders can sue because they didn’t get the outcome they wanted. The majority wins. And the majority has its say next week .. one way or the other

I mean I’m not business guy or financial expert by any means but that makes no sense right? Like who would be like “yea that’s a good deal sign me up!”? But I’m just a bus driver so what do I know lol. Will be interesting what ISS comes out with.

Spirit is saying the stock will be $50 per share by 2024 so the deal is worth more. Never mind the history of airline business, recession, no forward looking pay raises….
