Lol...theses shareholder advocates are such clowns.....so what...when JB comes back at $35 Monday are they going to jump back to B6s offer? Robin needs to issue a statement on Monday and make it very clear what is going on here. Draw attention to the back door dealings and call it what it is. A bribe.

oh you can rest assured Robin will be talking Monday. Dude likes to hear himself talk that’s for sure. I’m putting the over/under on hearing ‘superior offer’ at 3.5 times. He also can’t sound very credible after claiming the ISS report as legitimate a few weeks ago when it served his purpose to turn around and say ISS commentary, when not in his Favor its corporate bribery.

NK shareholders will receive more money up front, same money if deal falls thru AND equity in the new company. Easy to see why they changed their report. The report is a good read and makes plenty of sense .
