What move? Their current offer is still way better than this latest "offer" from F9. I'm pretty sure the institutional shareholders, who control the decision, have pretty smart accountants and will see it the same way. We'll see what happens next week.

Doesn't matter what the NK BOD recommends. This is in the hands of the shareholders. This just confirms this will be a hostile takeover event if B6 is going to prevail.
