yup we will never have this much amount of leverage again. Between attrition and a needed joint CBA if we don’t get it here we will never have it.

Pilots always have a hard time with this and it's understandable. We aren't blue color in our (jet pilot) eyes but to the general public, and more importantly, to those C Suite people we definitely are. They can't believe that we make what we do and get visibly angry when they think they are in a group of like minded.

As a 10%er, let's get a few things straight: 1) none of us have made 300k the last two decades, 2) if I was gonna interview with Delta, I would've done it while you were jamming to Maroon 5 in your parents' basement, 3) us 10%ers all struck, walking off the job in the ultimate effort to demand better pay and work conditions. What have you done?
