With inability to really drop and move trips around with ease, and yanno, some of us wanting to have a life outside of flying airplanes we’ll need to work on QOL stuff too. I hope everyone refuses to bend over for a shiny F’ng payrate or the opportunity to “fly widebody” planes.

As long as he goes the whole video without saying "synergies" then he has my vote. Where is Franke's video?

Newsflash! Our QOL protections will be under assault regardless of who acquires us. The better question to ask is who would be a better negotiating partner to try and keep components of our contract, Franke or Hayes? (It's a rhetorical question)

Don’t deflect chimpster, the statement was regarding pay. I think you’d be more than happy with QOL at JB.

NewsFlash, They are all the same, they want to extract as much work as possible for least amount of pay. Hayes is no different. He wiped his *** with the JetBlue Pilots no vote on the NEA, didn’t he? He DGAF what Pilots want.

I work about 5+/- days a month so doubtful, . (I’m sure JetBlue is a fine company to work for, I honestly just want a PHL base and 1 & 2 day trips like F9 😂

I hope whatever happens you’ll be happy. Not worth worrying about something you and I have no control over. I think either deal will be good for NK but you’d be better off with JB. Better brand, stronger management and they’re ready to deal.

This ^^^ The only thing I’m sure of no matter who ends up being the winner is that our QOL is going in the dumpster, no matter what. Sure I’d love it if we could keep drop to 0 and red/green but I’m not counting on that with either B6 or F9.

If this merger goes I need to introduce you to a guy named scud, he lives near PBI so he has the exact same attitude as you about flying and a super small base.

We will see, what I do know is we must have a joint contract. I also know that we will already be starting off with good bus pay and it will only go up. The other thing is every pilot at JetBlue knows our reserve grid system is crap so I absolutely expect it to change. I 100% think we are going after QOL stuff.

I get what you’re saying with QOL but don’t think under utilized reserve in desolate ACY base is going to be the norm in either merger. Enjoy it, but hardly the reality for the 99% of us. You have a great run, no doubt, but reality is coming
