it’s a vote for or against a merge with F9. JetBlue has done exactly what it was set out to do. Disrupt the original plan by garnering interest in other options besides F9.

So if you are sympathetic to those who wish FOR a merge between NK and F9, then yes, they are most certainly becoming impatient.
Like usual, you are missing the point for the sake of arguing. The investors want the vote to happen so they CAN vote the f9 merger down, because they are in favor of a JBLU purchase of NK. Teddy delaying the vote only delays the possibility of a. JBLU purchase, which is what the majority of investors want.

Its not that complicated

I don’t think anyone in the institutional investor circle takes Ted seriously after what has occurred.

Not to mention that embarrassing segment on Cramer they whipped together.

Ted and the Chairman Gardner, who is obviously a Franke shill, will hopefully be shown the door at some point sooner than later.

If, god forbid, this BS Is delayed again (5th time) on the 27th, I can’t see the Institutions not tendering that evening/day and letting Blue go hostile. Blues tender is valid until the 29th. It’s clear what main institutions want and they have to be beyond ****ed by now. No one is buying their Idiotic BS of ULCC “COULD be $50 a share” in 2024.

Time to end this and move the F on. Good lord.

Good stuff.

I love the over $50 per share argument. If the company is potentially worth that much money why are you giving Spirit away for $20 a share in a mediocre deal with borrowed cash and stock?

The risk of the tender offer is real and could be increased from the $30 to entice the takeover. At that point Ted walks away with zero versus millions.

Hopefully hear more scathing letters from institutions this next 2 weeks.

Ted and Board are complete clowns 🤡

I just said we don’t know what that move will be or do or why his is doing it…yes it could be a move that will not change the outcome.

even if TC doesn’t get his 11 million from the Frontier merger he is still going to have his yacht, wine, girls.

He might just have to keep his 100 foot yacht, drink Joel Gott wine, and only one hot side piece instead of a 200 foot yacht, Domaine de la Romanée wine, and 4 side chicks.

Be patient, Franke hasn’t given up yet. That whole “last, best final offer” line is just like the previous “we’re not upping our offer” deal. Franke’s not going to lose to Robin. In the end, Robin will be standing there with his gym shorts halfway down and a confused look on his face wondering WTF just happened.

Barry and Ted aren’t the brains behind the F9/NK deal, so don’t let their obvious incompetence influence your take on the current state of affairs.

Let’s hope not. I want nothing to do with Frontier. This has nothing to do with Frontier pilots, it’s everything else Frontier. Pass on it all! Seems to be the consensus amongst almost everyone I fly with. So let’s hope that JBlue continues to outplay, outwit, and outlast the Frontier clowns

F9 would have made a move by now if they were going to.
