Let’s hope not. I want nothing to do with Frontier. This has nothing to do with Frontier pilots, it’s everything else Frontier. Pass on it all! Seems to be the consensus amongst almost everyone I fly with. So let’s hope that JBlue continues to outplay, outwit, and outlast the Frontier clowns

Yeah. To have formally put it in that letter that this is “last, best/final offer” is probably correct.
I think there’s no other reason asking for the delay other than to be a thorn in the side of Blue. Delay it 2 more weeks for no reason other than they can.

And yet NK granted the extension. Why? What’s the point? Something is going on.

3. Add pressure to JB, since an agreement has not yet been reached. NK clowns (management) wants more gold added to the executive parachutes... So keep the pressure up until an agreement is reached.

NK BOD is the group getting crushed. The investors already like the B6 offer. The institutional investors have been patient in the public domain. My guess is that patience is running out. The BOD doesn't control this narrative, the investors do. At some point the major shareholders will drive this bus if the BOD keeps stalling.

Honesty here: I don’t really know all the workings of Wall Street, but if the shareholders are so fed up with NK BOD, why haven’t they rendered their shares to JB and just induce the hostile take over?
