Well I don't think that works. The vote tomorrow isn't JetBlue or Frontier. The only thing on the agenda is to approve a Frontier merger. Maybe the Frontier agreement stipulates a vote has to take place before they can exit the merger agreement?
I don't know, but I still highly doubt a vote takes place tomorrow unless they are ok with letting it fail. But I was wrong that 1 time before.

IF Spirit is going to try to independent now, OR entertain merger talks with JBLU, this vote has to happen first.

The merger agreement doesn’t give any relief to Spirit by continuing to postpone vs having it snd failing, they are still on the hook for the penalty payment.

If this vote fails, Frontier could still come back with a new offer later and then have another vote if the Spirit BoD entered into a new agreement with them.
If this vote succeeds, JetBlue could go blockbuster and up their tender offer significantly and still try and disrupt the F9/NK merger.
Although a passed vote will put JetBlue in a more difficult position, I doubt that the drama is over yet regardless of the outcome tomorrow.
