Fire Ted so the company and shareholders can move forward regardless of how much his parachute with F9 is worth. This will never go to a vote unless he know he’s getting paid first and foremost.

I have a feeling the dynamics have significantly changed behind the scenes. I don't think Franke wants to play ball at that price. I think Frontier might have bowed out and now the details are being sorted.

Franke already said before they "sweetened" the deal last time that the offer was fair and he wasn't paying more.

We'll see.
