And that seems to be what they were saying; company wants to stop attrition and attract newhires, union says ain’t happening without economic gains across the spectrum for all pilots. NC and MEC solid on: No to sign on bonuses No to LOA to raise first year and training pay No to “retention bonus” to “reward” newhires for staying. Increases for all or nothing for all. Management and ExCargo would clearly love to throw cash at year 1 and training and be done with it, but that won’t happen. |
