Reps have always moved on from time to time, that is nothing new. Now when senior LCAs and APDs start moving on, then I'll get concerned.

You sir are a prime example. Excuse after excuse. We will forever be low tier. Tell me more about that second bite we have coming...

I am none of those things, and the sky isn't falling.

Also, I was a hard no on the last contract.

Be sure to keep up with the "sit there and do nothing" attitude then. It's doing wonders. Tell me the sky isn't falling 4 years from now and we are on this same contract. If we even still exist. All the wall street analysis saying spirit is in serious trouble but don't worry ol' SSlow got it all figured out guys!

You lob a hand grenade by starting this thread and wait a week and a half to start talking trash to your peers who offer their opinions. Not all of us share your opinion, Henny Penny.

I personally know two LCAs with interviews and during my recurrent LOE a couple weeks back I was discussing UAs new CBA and retirements with my APD during our descent into LGA.

The only thing you can do is apply to another carrier. The sky is not falling, Its the arguably the best time in the history of aviation to be a pilot. It’s basically a sign up sheet more than it is an interview to become a legacy airline pilot. Spirit is in a rough spot so if you’re young or in the bottom half of the seniority list, bases, commuting, family, kids, working spouse all taken into consideration, it’s probably a good idea to highly consider switching airlines. That’s all you can do.

Telling guys with 10, 15 20+ years senoirty here to just "start over at a legacy" like its no big deal tells me how little you know about this industry.
