Do you guys have different trip lengths or are they all 4 days? (sorry if this has been asked before I tried the thread search function and couldn't find the answer.)

Turns, Red Eye Turns, some Two days, some Three days, mostly Four days (usually preceded or follow by a turn) so it's a pseudo five day. As always 4 (few times 5) days off. Contract says 5 days off to a minimum of 4.....

Plus you'll never see a pilot that participated in the 2010 strike be appointed to any management position. Ever. Orders from BBB. I know a couple of very qualified individuals that put in for the DFW Chief Pilot position. All "battle star" captains, and with managerial experience and exceptional resumes (masters degrees, former instructors, etc.). Not even one got a call for an interview. Instead, an F/O with less than 2 year seniority and 1 year of managerial experience (according to his LinkedIn) was hired. There's a reason for that.
