I found an interesting "blog interview" about our customer service department...it makes me feel a little better...

Spirit Air’s Harvey: We want to be known “as the good guys”

The inteview seems a little weak, but it's nice to know her position actually exists at Spirit...it was news to me!

I think it has more to do with the demographics that NK' markets itself towards, but what do I know.... I don't play Gipf

I wonder:

How long are they going to run once a wk LIM, did NK do that last yr, with fuel prices higher?
How many LOA's?
And if there will be any ACY displ.?

Over roll, the news are not to bad, and the possible arrival 320's makes for a better year to come. "Always look at the bright side of your life".

Just saw the letter from JC:

6CA and 6FO Voluntary LOA's offered for 1-3 months, Sept-Nov. Doesn't look to me like they have any intention of a furlough this fall.....anyone else?

6 CA's and 6 FO's for the period of Sept 1st thru Dec 1st. One can bid for all three months or only one or two months if desired. Don't think they will need to furlough.
