Yeah, I've heard the execs whining about LIM, LAX, and LAS because it's harder for them to actually charge what those routes are worth because it's so damn far in terms of fuel, labor, etc...whereas stuff like FLL-MCO and FLL-TPA is very profitable as they can even overcharge what these routes actually cost them to fly. On top of that...any luggage or other ancillary revenue is higher bang for the buck. They got $25 dollars in bag fees from a passenger for 50 minutes...then the clock restarts and they can get money from the next passenger...whereas the LIM passenger paid their 25 dollars for a bag...and now that's it for the next 5 hours. Isn't nonticket revenue 30% of our income now? I wonder how bag fees and all of our "extras" fit into the balance sheet. My favorite part is how they continue to sell tickets to destinations they know they'll close and then just pull the rug from out underneath the customer at the last minute. Kind of like other things they do too!

In more exciting news: Spirit *****board reports that there was a fist fight in SJU involving the whole crew against some passengers. Anyone hear anything about this?
