(And you don't have to be a dick, you knew what he meant. A "Major airline with record profits" who sells its own tickets. No reason this place can't be a Top Tier airline.

But you're not. You're a ULCC whose profits depend on keeping labor costs down. You all knew what the deal was when you hired on.

Hahahha, if you really believe pilot costs are what keeps ULCC cost low you have very little understanding of how airlines work

All airlines depend on minimizing labor costs as much as possible to keep labor costs down. Spirit will eventually have to pay more for their pilots and it will have a small change on their margins.

I know you just want to argue, for argument's sake, and will reply with a "but....but....."

You can't be serious. Is this serious? Maybe my troll detector isn't working right or maybe you really are an Alaska die-hard who knows nothing about the ULCC model.

You have enough going on on the home front to worry about. Instead of bashing Spirit you should maybe address the fact that your airline is being undone by AAG with QX and OO E175's.
