Honestly this is the reason I would really like to work at Spirit. What a great group of pilots. Every person I mean who works there is just super cool. In FLL got to hang out with some of the recruiters and they are just really nice people.

I will be patient and hopefully they will call me. I barely have the minimum turbine PIC so maybe I am not quite competitive yet, but I will just be persistent and patient.

I'm looking for some information on job fairs. Do you have to go in with internal recommendations to get an interview? Are the minimums enough? I'm assuming they are looking for personality? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have any FOs been hired since the job fairs require pic time? I went to job fair before they required pic. About 1.5 years ago...did that save in my record. I just reapplied and took the assessment. Curious if I stand a chance. The test was easy. Know I aced it

They'll be contacting you shortly with a class date. As a mere ULCC they'll be especially eager for the infusion of intellect you'll bring to the operation.

Yes people with zero PIC are still eligible to be hired.

I'd be willing to bet that greater than 60% of our pilots come from Regionals, which are all bottom feeders.
