I'm pretty sure the assessment test that you get when you apply online is just a generic test that takes the brainpower of just being able to breathe to pass it. The "real" test that has been spoke about here comes after you have been sent the long app link, then passed a phone interview. At least that's been my understanding of the process. Good Luck to you!

Seems very quiet after the last job fair. Don't know if they are just not calling anyone due to the holiday or if people are not posting any updates. For my sake I hope it's just the holiday and things resume next week!!!

Wish I could go to the job fair! It seems every time I get close to meeting their preferred requirements they up them again! I have plenty of internals but that can be a hit or a miss. It would be a dream to be at spirit! I live only 30min away from FLL. Born and raised here and don't want to leave! I have watched this company grow over the years and believe in the future they are making for themselves.

The PIC requirement is ONLY to enter the job fair.
Spirit itself does not have a PIC requirement to get hired. I was having a discussion with a member of the interview board and he was quite adamant that they will hire someone without the 500 PIC.
Of course, that means you gotta know somebody on the inside. More than a few, actually.
1/2 of my class never went to a job fair.

So yeah, you are kind of in a cruddy spot at the moment. Not enough hours for the TT requirement and not enough PIC 135/121 to attend a job fair.
Get your 4000 TT and you will have to have your internals raid the Miramar office to try and get you noticed. You will need big help from them if you are to have any chance.
Good luck
