Plus the random bonus questions they ask just to see if you've studied any of the gouge. I don't think the test counts for much unless you're a borderline candidate...when I asked what they did with the test, shoulders were shrugged and there were references made of a trash can. Be that as it may, I would come prepared. I used the "prepware" app on iPad to study up.

Just curious why you all don't keep your "FAA" time as well? I fly contract work for the Army and I have an FAA logbook with time kept from start to stop and also track "Army time" from T/O to shut down separately.

Pilots have been invited to interview from the FLL job fair. Patience is the key with Spirit. It can be a week, a month or a couple of months before you hear something from Spirit. Throw in the upcoming holidays and it can a little bit longer.
