Lol. Hmm. I guess I'm not one of those then. Although I did see people in recurrent with flica up on their laptops all the time. So are they just hitting refresh all the time? I just have better things to do with my time.

I built two $2500 computers. But it was so I could play games with my son, not for picking up open time. I don't see how a 2500 computer would help you pick up open time faster. It does you no good if you have a crappy Internet connection.

You don't need a fancy computer to run Flica fast. You need a fast internet connection to run Flica fast.

Not all open time is posted on flica, especially FLL/FO
Trips are kept open for training, but usually assigned to reserves.
The best way to pick up open time, is to call scheduling, or your scheduling committee, and ask them about the open trips not published on open time.

I am not directly affected and would not have a reason to call, someone that is did.
I just report what I see.

Crazy question here...

Could the fact that a candidate has B737 time affect him negatively with regards to being considered for interview? Assuming preferred hiring minimums are met.
