Don't be afraid to name drop at the fair. Be cool about it, but they like to know you know what life is like there based on actual reports. Also, don't be shy. Introduce yourself to Spirit people whenever you can. Again, be cool about it. But if the VP of flight ops is sitting in the lobby at 8 AM with a yellow shirt on not talking to anybody then he is waiting for applicants to make the first move. Go ahead and introduce yourself. They are there to hire you, give them every opportunity to get to know you. The 7 hrs and 55 minutes that you are waiting to talk to a recruiter can be more valuable time than the 5 minutes you actually get with a recruiter. Good luck, I've enjoyed the process so far.

We just received this email from Spirit Flight Ops. They will be attending the Denver job fair to meet with candidates. There will be no PIC requirement in Denver.
"Spirit Airlines Flight Operations has announced that it will be sending a small team to the DEN job fair. Spirit intends to host a small question and answer session. Recruiters will be collecting resumes and answering questions."
If you have a question please send us an email or PM. To register for the job fair visit: Denver Pilot Job Fair September 25 2015 ? Aero Crew Solutions
