Haha! For starters, when they asked me where Spirit ranked in my choice of airline, on my second job fair, I didn't say "#2, behind Alaska" like I did on my first one.
My first job fair was the first one I'd ever been to, didn't have a clue of how these things went. I was a little more polished for the second one having attended an Emerald Coast seminar.

Wear conservative, the yellow suit has been done, but have a personality that matches the suit without being over the top.
Above all, be genuine, be honest and be professional. Relax and enjoy the presentation as well.
Good luck!

You'll have to show them why you would fit in... I can't help you with that. When they ask "Why Spirit?" Your answer will be different than mine. Think of it as a mini interview with HR type questions, and they want to get to know who you are.

Good luck in Denver. Everyone that I have worked with here has been extremely friendly. It is great to go to the hotel each time with a smile because working here is actually fun. This isn't a perfect job, but it has been one of the best experiences for me. Flying brand new birds isn't bad either.

Haha, well thats a good way to improve your chances. I am going to do the Emerald Coast online prep before the DEN fair, but can't make it to a seminar by then. After that I am going to the ERAU fair in October and FLL Aerocrew in November. The seminar should get fit in before ERAU and hopefully I can make it a better performance. Thanks for the info!

But it was a long drive from DFW - 12hrs the first day - I'm an old fart so I had to stop in Tallahassee, then 8 more after that to Lauderdale. Pick up a sunpass, makes driving easier in S Florida and on the florida turnpike. When I was younger I'd drive DFW to San Diego in 24hrs straight.
