13 an hour? Did trainees get a raise?

1000 bucks with 750 per diem. Coming here sounds like a good idea at first but... Let me put it this way. Company dragging their feet with contract. No mediated sessions in December cause they couldn't find time to achieve a contract. Upgrade time is going to be a long time. We have already hired the most junior captain for the aircraft orders in place. Training is marginal, but with a dedicated mindset it's very doable.

I won't ever tell someone not to come here if they need a job and have to live, and support a family. There are just to many better options out there.

Wow. United adopts Spirit's philosophy, point by point. Don't reinvent the wheel.. Just buy us already..

Today we’re introducing our newest travel option: Basic Economy. Traveling with us will be more accessible than ever – see how.

Gland to hear that management is stalling and playing games at the negotiating table. So lovely.

Are you referring to this weeks sessions? And if so was it from a source at the table?

I've been told that about every airline, from PSA, Atlas, UPS and American. Its all about what you make of it. I know junior guys in an CRJ who love it and I've met senior Legacy carrier captains who are miserable.

Ok come work here, if you truly want to expierence it first hand be my guest. But if you search the NKS threads you will find that it's not just me that recommends to wait for an airline that pays you better, treats you better, allows career progression (i.e. Upgrade), different flying on numerous types of aircraft. I'm close to upgrade and I'm trying my hardest to move on.

Default Spirit of NKS, Part II

So apparently our chief high five officer arrived several hours late to mediated negotiations today and then asked to cut tomorrow to a half day. Obviously they do not take this seriously.

Good. I would think the more they screw around, the sooner we get released. That's my logic anyway
