Now I'm confused. If we go into section 6? I thought that was a foregone conclusion.

I don't know if you were listening, they just explained that, NC applied for sec6 in May, with "non recorded" (I think) sessions, unless Bendo comes back with something better, off the record sessions are over.

mid 2017 at the earliest. Southwest waited 3 years and I suspect we will too. Retro Pay just moved to the absolute top for me. If they wanna drag this out 2 years an save hundreds of millions on our backs, anything short of full retro pay to 08/01/2015 is an instant NO vote.

Haven't had an opinion of our MEC either way really. However, we are all shocked the company never held anyone accountable for the meltdown, we should hold our leadership to the same standard. I was willing to give our MEC the benefit of the doubt, but at this point is clear the meltdown was a complete giveaway.. Time for a new person at the helm

Yeah, I'm listening, but they kept saying "when we start section 6". I thought we had already filed our intent for section 6.

Agree on JA. Has to move on. The gentleman thing to do.
