142 3rd year FO pay on the Airbus. Looks like our future contract keeps getting more and more expensive for management and furthermore it begins to make more sense to leave LCCs for those rates even as a junior captain. They must think we'll wait around indefinitely and get paid half of what other airlines pay. Good luck with that! Bad time to be pinching pennies on contracts. But hey! Let's keep working on those top end rates!
