Here is the truth guys. 46 pilots were removed from our seniority list in 2015. Out of that 22 guys left for other airlines. Of those most went to United.

The others either failed out of training, retired, or died.

My friend works the fair to keep DB's like you from getting on at Spirit.
Well, your friend should worry more about getting a decent contract than stopping the hiring of DB's and donating his time to this management group that doesn't give a rats arse about him!

He's doing it for the pilot group. Not management. He turned away lots of DB's today that we wont have to fly with. Calling him a scab as some have on here is uncalled for.

He may think it's for us, but it's really free time for management. If it was for us, then it should be an ALPA position assisting in the hiring.

So you volunteer your time then with an ALPA committee?
