12 to 15 a month are leaving. It's a fact. You can see it on the Jan 2016 Sen list.

I'd like for the Union to post the official number of guys leaving. I believe that attrition will increase significantly this year compared to last. Our training department could barely keep up with the growth at one point. Throw in attrition and it could get interesting. Right now there isn't much pressure, because of the NEO delivery delays.

To put it in perspective that's an 1.7% annual turnover or 1.8 pilots/months in an 1300 pilot airline.

Definitely, but why stop there, make it clear that any TA will include 5 times the retro pay and a new car valued at no less than $40,000 msrp if a new contract is not amended by the expiration date. Then this will give them the incentive to get it done yesteryear.

Jyri wants us to compare ourselves to actual Bus drivers (Greyhound & School) and not Pilots (Delta, AA, UA, SW, JB, VA). What is your self worth?

Daily reminder - Be sure to complete your survey fellas.

Then maybe he should keep is F------ mouth shut when he comes into ground school and tells us how the FAA is impressed with how "professional" and standard we are. I believe his exact words, "more standard than any Legacy...........Delta, United etc"

And yet im willing to bet nobody will raise their hand and ask why he doesn't feel we should be paid the same as them.

The fact that pilots show up to recurrent ground dressed in business casual still amazes me when our own COO wears jeans and a polo everyday to work.

Time to "untuck" boys...professionalism and salary are clearly mutually exclusive at this point when the guy making over $1 mil a year in compensation wont tuck his shirt in for work.
