That's great. I've got lots of friends over there. This place has probably 6 months to get their crap together and pay up or I can see smoke trails from how fast people will leave (me included). I won't vote for anything less than $270 12 year CA. Delta is looking at 35% pay over 3 years. They just turned down 27% over 5 years. 35% puts their A320 pay at $290 in 2020. I think 270-280 is more than fair. 737/A320 is easily worth $250+/hour
Within a year. We'll see every competitor paying 250+ and us still at 187 for MORE pax. We ought to be comparing 757 pay to us at 228 pax

^^^ I've been saying this!!!!
And if no one remembers my retirement posts, a hybrid match+B Plan is not the same as a full B plan also known as a defined contribution. You leave money on the table if our match stays at 9% and they add a DC on top of it if you make over $200,000. On paper even if the percentages total up to 16% you are not getting the same amount as a 16% DC. It's a shell game to make you think you are getting the same. Full DC and nothing less!!!
I bet the Allegiant pilots are ****ting the bed with buyers remorse right about now.

Btw I'm angry enough but I'm not sure our NC or MEC is. Hell last I heard is we have a voting member of the MEC that works on his days off as "sim instructor" for $80hr at AllAtps. As low as our pay is and he's will to work for a whole lot less. YGTFSM.
Although just hearsay at this point it's infuriating. I say fine if that's what you want to do but you shouldn't have 1/6th of the vote.

And uhh, what do you think is a good pay rate for the bus per hour in the sim? I think most places offer $50-$75.

Anywhere that uses line pilots for sims pays their flight pay plus an override which even at regional is way more than $80/Hr. I just don't think I'd be a good advocate for one of the lowest paid Airbus pilot groups if I was willing to work for $50-$60 less an hour than my already atrocious pay.
I'll leave it at that.
