I don't fly all that much, but when I do it seems like the large majority of the LAS based pilots are wearing their green lanyards.

They actually do care and hate them. Bendo has been quoted saying "we've started a war" and Yuri has said "every guy without that green lanyard on is on his side." Take that fwiw.

Quoted where? You heard from a guy who heard from another guy that was in recurrent? If it is true, that would be a pretty stupid thing for a COO to say.

Yeah well the CEO calling the pilots "low tier" scumbags on a recorded phone conference was a stupid thing to do too. I wonder how many many Millions in lost revenue that cost the company? Being arrogant and out of touch with your pilot group can be very expensive. Management at this airline says and does stupid $hit all the time.

Ask NetJets and Delta pilots about that. I believe both companies attempted to change uniform polices to address pilots wearing a union requested lanyard.

Plain and simple we need to start self policing and shaming each pilot that's not wearing it. You're telling the company you don't care about a new deal and you side with Jyri over your fellow pilots

He should see people wearing ****ty cheap green sunglasses. He should see green lanyards in his sleep. But unfortunately, some don't think it's cool to wear green. Or, maybe they don't think it matters. But either way, if it would **** off JS or Bendo, I'm in!
