So let me get this straight
.

People are voluntarily putting themselves available for scheduling to call them and give them flying at straight time?

Wow. Absolutely pathetic. You people disgust me

So yes, I do have a problem with the company when they offer JRM pay to any pilot on the Standing Available list because they are taking a JRM opportunity away from someone who is due the call prior to awarding to a volunteer on the Standing Avail list.

How do we get that info (who got jrm while on SA list before others?)

I got 0 calls this transition and I'm quite junior and there were like 9 open trips some going to people that had reserve day conflicts w the trips. No idea if they got JA pay or not though

Well, FLICA posts the JRM reports, its just 6 months delayed. But you can see the format that they are supposed to use per the CBA. The current JRM report should be made available to the MEC per the CBA. So try emailing your LEC reps and ask for a copy of the current JRM report. Im sure it will be pulling teeth, although it should be provided if you ask.

Lovely system we have, isnt it?

Some do, and some say "Well, I name my price when they call me." Which is a violation of the CBA. Anyone called of the Standing Available list can not be offered premium pay in the form of a JRM for ccepting a trip. If they do, they and the company are violating the CBA

For guys who say "If the company wants to give it to me, im going to take it," just know you are taking the JRM opportunity away from the pilot who is supposed to be offered that trip at 200% prior to you.

What if an available pilot is called it's a 4 day which overlaps another 4 day which the company has to legally release him from. Contractually, you are also entitled to MUP and the value for the original trip pairing. (25:I:3.C) Are you ok with that? After all, it's >200%.

I have zero issues with anything done within the CBA.

Asking for a JRM pay assignment and getting it, while being called off the Standing Avail, before offering JRM assignments as outlined in the CBA, is not allowed. And if the company does this, NCCs should be filled out.

You could be the pilot, sitting home, and the one who should get the call for the easy 200% 2 day trip. But instead, it went to the pilot who was on Standing available and cut the deal with Scheduling for that trip and got it for 200% instead of you. This is happening daily.

We still have pilots who bid reserve and then try to be placed on Standing Available so that they can pick up 200% JRM trips on their off days, because they are seldom used on their reserve work days. This alone violates 2 areas of the contract and the company should not be allowing it. If they do, a NCC should be filled out.

Unless within 3 hours of report, which is where almost all JA's occur.

Like children fighting and crying over the candy dish by the register at a resturaunt.

To selfish to realize they are ruining it for the rest of the kids sitting at the table waiting for the dessert menu to be shown.

Contract 2021

Awesome, never fails, like Swiss manufacturing.
And we cry pilots are leaving, nobody wants to come here, rest assured that plenty will come and many will be available to work, many of those available are here right now.

Anyone having issues with them pilots, go to FLICA, find the names and email them bastards, only if you have the BALLS.
