Too bad we had to find out from outside sources.

In other news, apparently Bob was in a recurrent class recently; asked the pilots if they didn't feel bad about how we were using transition conflict to our advantage.
I would have asked him if he feels bad paying us the hourly salary he pays us considering what the industry actually pays per hour for the Airbus.

At least Bob is smart enough to go out and hire somebody from a competent airline that might actually know what he is doing.
My point exactly!

Has anyone checked their paystub for this last paycheck. Seems as if the 321 override is a tenth of the normal pay for the override....

This doesn't make sense..

No way possible payroll has messed this up

Yeah, somebody messed up some mundane detail...

Don't worry vb, you won't get the reference, but those evil senior guys will.

I would really hope our union brothers and sisters in recurrent would have the balls to answer the question honestly and ask Mr. Fornaro if he thinks it is reasonable that we work for 50% less than other pilots flying the same equipment.
Instead, I am sure that some of our union brethren volunteered to Mr. Fornaro to come in during the next irop to answer phones and file flight plans.

I would not consider recurrent to be the time for management and line pilots to be arguing points for our contract. Sure they'll toss a few grenades while they are there but it is not our job to negotiate. You are not going to change their stance and hopefully they will not change yours.
